18 Does the company perform regular property inspections?

- Al Majid Property performs regular inspections, at least (4) quarterly inspections for the units and properties.

19 How does the eviction process work here?

- As per the signed Tenancy Contract.

20 What are the various services that you offer to your clients?

- Al Majid Properties units are fully maintained before handover in addition to the services and building amenities that are functioning perfectly.

21 Are there any other fees (cancelation, eviction, renewal, marketing, account setup)?

- All fees are clearly stated in the Tenancy Contract by the rental laws and regulations of the UAE.

22 Can tenants pay rent electronically?

- Yes. Credit cards and online banking are accepted

23 How do I apply after I see the property?

- Either by visiting AMP offices, through brokers, or online.

24 Who can answer questions after I view the property?

- Al Majid Property consists of Professional teams (Leasing Executives, Property managers) who are considered relationship managers that will facilitate any inquiries throughout the tenant’s lease tenure.

25 Can I see an apartment or home more than once?

- Units can be viewed multiple times.

26 What about the security deposit?

- Is equal to the value of one month’s rent/ 10% of rent which is clearly stated in the Tenancy Contract and subject to its type (Residencial/ Commercial)

27 How do I pay rent?

- Al Majid Property accepts multiple models of payment such as cheques, bank transfers, and other online payments.

28 What is a Tenant Portal?

- It is an online platform where prospective and existing tenants can access and conduct a transaction (financials), request information about a unit interested in, and other information related to the properties of Al Majid Property.

29 Do you charge late fees?

- Yes, as stated in the Tenancy Contract.

30 What is the Move-In & Move-Out Inspection?

- A comprehensive procedure that includes but is not limited to MEP, painting, cupboards, kitchen, doors, and windows, unit set of keys, car park, and access cards.

31 How long will it take to receive my security deposit after I/we vacate the property?

- Within 40 Business days after submitting all the necessary/ required clearances.

32 What is the usual move-in cost?

- No move-in costs, other than the security deposit and rent dues and VAT in case of commercial properties.

33 When do I need to sign the lease contract?

- Once the submission of the security deposit and rental cheques.

34 Do you conduct property inspections and, if you do, what charge is associated with them?

- Yes, the property inspections are conducted before handing over, during the tenants’ occupation, and once vacating the units with no cost associated with this.

35 Why do I need property management?
